This web-based module is designed to ensure documents are shared easily and securely. It is used to track, manage and store documents and reduce paper capable of keeping a record of the various versions created and modified by different users (history tracking).
The Echoes software is customizable and designed with the flexibility to meet your workflow needs. Our data entry team can take care of initial manual entry on your behalf. The system enables shore staff e.g. the safety and quality Department to get notified through email for any new report derived from SMM Applications as required. Data synchronization between the vessel and office ensures consistency and simplifies management.
